- Payment Terms : All payments for subscription plans are securely processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). We ensure that all transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards, providing a safe and reliable experience for our customers.
- Applicable Taxes : The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated based on your location and will be added at checkout.
- Price Changes : Adaapt AI reserves the right to adjust pricing. In such cases, we will provide at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers before the changes take effect. Prices for current contracts will remain the same until the end of the subscription term.
- Custom Plans : For clients with unique needs, we offer customized pricing. Please reach out to our sales team to discuss tailored solutions.
- Service Termination by Adaapt AI : Adaapt AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activities. In such cases, we will notify you prior to taking action.
